How do I measure organizational learning?

There are four main elements supporting learning at the organizational level: information gathering, storing, processing and sharing. The first element relates to which mechanisms the organization makes available for employees to capture relevant information into their functional domains. The second element addresses the multiple ways in which those employees document that information. The third and fourth elements cover the processes employees use to make sense of and apply new information towards activities that benefit the organization.
